ABOUT US

My name is Dimitrios and I am the owner of the apartments. I was born in Alexandroupoli in 1953 and I've always wanted to share my love for this place with other people. Welcoming guests to my vacation rentals and making sure they have everything they need during their stay in Alexandroupolis is how I aim to pass on this love.

Together with Giorgos and Despina who ensure the apartments are in top condition and who attend to your needs during your stay and Julian who manages the reservations and online part of the business we do our best to ensure that you have a perfect stay.

RULES

rest periods:

- During summer time (April 1st - September 30th): from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

- In winter (1 October - 31 March): from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Parties are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
